Bugfix and feature release. We recommend updating Pupil Player and Capture to v0.9.10!

Rewrite of Pupil time sync

• Rewrote the time sync plugin and defined a public protocol draft.

• We have added example implementation scripts of clients in pupil-helpers.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed three bugs in the offline surface tracker.
